City Theatre has been named a recipient of the American Theatre Wing’s National Theatre Company Grant, a highly competitive national award supporting exceptional nonprofit theatres across the country.

 

The grant recognizes City Theatre’s HOMEGROWN Playwright Development Program, which advances new work by local writers from historically marginalized communities and brings those voices into full production through deep community collaboration.
